  1. Spent the last week trying to activate Skoda Connect in my 2 week old Kamiq. Looks like the activation process has changed from entering a Skoda supplied Registration pin in the Infotainment system (Amundsen) to registering as a Primary User in the car, then using both key fobs' Unlock button to begin activation. When I do this, after the system acknowledging the key presses, I get an 'Unable to activate - Contact Customer Services. Customer services tell me that 'there have been a few problems with the Connect system' and to go back to the dealer. Dealer couldn't recover the situation (probably trying the same process that I did with the keys) and suggested booking the car into the workshop - not ideal! Obliged if anyone else recognises this issue and how they recovered it - maybe the dealer workshop is the only way????
