  1. Shampooefficient I tried this also and i must be approaching 1500 miles fault free as well, touch wood. Somewhat frustrating given how long I've had the car at various mechanics that this is all it took in the end but happy to see the back of it. Thank you good sir.
  2. Just wondering if you ever got to the bottom of this? I have changed the throttle body and also the throttle pedal to no avail. I think the next item for me to check is the wiring harness. I fear if that doesn't cure it then it then it may be a fault with the ECU as what else could it be?
  3. Just to update on my situation. So I've had the throttle body swapped out and the car was driving great for a week but then the EPC light came back on and it ran like a dog. Still intermittent as I can turn the car off and wait a few minutes then turn it back on and the fault is gone. Although it seems to be happening every time I step into the car now. The mechanic told me he checked and there was a fault on the old throttle body. Surely I cant be that unlucky and installed another faulty throttlebody?? I'm starting to think only Skoda will be able to sort this.
