  1. Automatic serpentine belt tensioner replacement

    My Skoda yeti 2012 tsi petrol needs its automatic tensioner replaced . The mechanic is unsure how to access it due to engine configuration. Has anyone replaced theirs . I would appreciate advice on the procedure . Thanks Mike

    Thanks JR and Skomaz for your thoughts. Any idea where I could find a diagram or photo of the TAILSHAFT Dampener . That is what the mechanics over here in OZ call it

    I was recently quoted $1800 for tailshaft dampner for my Yeti . Have any other Yeti owners found a supplier of a cheaper product .This price seems outrageous. Thanks Mike .
