It seems it's something else for me checked the fuses and all okei very strange will probably check the lock mechanism next.

one question i have been having this issue too, checking all the cables etc When you had this problem was the third brake light having issue too? since the washer for the rear windows is connected to it. For me the boot won't open, wiper won't work either and the third brake light won't light up im going to check the fuse now since other seemed to be okei. So basically it was this one here?
