You mean this plastic shroud? I was thinking to replace it with the old one to fit the hoses in the right places

Thank you again recardo fo your time and attention The radiator im using is a crappy chinese one that has thin pipes like modern cars sorry i dont know the branding or part numbers cuz it was in a blank cardboard box Yes the ac of the car is from factory i think the previous owner had a failing head gasket so he changed the radiator to a crappy one as well cuz when i changed the cylinder head i found 2 gaskets on top of each other I bought a used nissens radiator for 1.6 models is it better?

Hello everyone Im from egypt , bought my felly at jan 2020 its a 1.3 mpi glx with ac and 120.000 km My only issue with it that it overheats when the ac is on when its off it cools down again I bought it with no thermostat and the fan switch works at 68 so basically with no ac just holds 70 The steps that i took to solve this problem were 1 changed cylinder head 2 changed radiator and reservoir cab 3 drained old coolant and got fresh one I will be very thankful for your time and effort trying to help me
