Hi! First things first, I'm new to this forum and got referred here from reddit. Yesterday I took delivery of my first Skoda and oh my god it's beautiful! Got the Skoda Scala MonteCarlo in SteelGrey, absolutely stunnig IRL. Now to the issue, when I was at dealership we couldn't get the Connect-services to work, couldn't login or register in-car. No problem on adding the car in the app or on the site, but when it's time to activate the car the infotainmentsystem just says "Could not load userprofile", no error codes at all. Been in contact with the Skoda Connect-support but the only tip they could give was to factory reset the infotainment (which I've already done, at least 3 times!). I have little over an hour to closest Skoda dealer and would prefer to not have to go there if possible. So please, any ideas at all are helpful! Thanks!
