Car started playing up last night. 60 plate 1.6TDi Thought I'd locked it but went back to it an hour later and stereo was still on, side lights and rear lights also. Central locking won't work so have to lock it with the key. Seems like the car thinks the key is still in the ignition. If I manually turn the stereo off and turn the lights off, I usually leave them on auto, then I can lock the car with the key. However when i unlock it only the drivers door unlocks and I have to put the ignition on and press the door unlock button inside the car to be able to access the rear and boot. Last time I had an electrical issue was four years ago due to water ingress in the fuse box. Wondering if it's the same or something completely different. Can't get booked in to my local garage until 11th April so any help would be greatly appreciated.
