Ikeakayke

Hi guys, Lately I heard a very small chirping coming from underneath the engine almost undiscernable, almost like a plastic vibration, then pulled up the dipstick. Here is link with the sound it makes. Can anyone tell me if this is normal? If I pull out the oil cap it's nice and quiet, no blowby no nothing so the sound must be generated somewhere near the lower ending of the dipstick tubing. I'm not even sure if this is a metallic sound or not although it is scary. Could it be something wrong with the oil pump? Car was always serviced properly, oil change at max 10k km and now the car has almost 100k km. Thanks!
