I have today suddenly had my navigation map on my virtual cockpit change from showing where I am driving to a static European map showing Nuremburg and Prague etc, so quite widespread. Can anyone help as to how I can get it back to what it was? My Kamiq is a 69 reg SEL, registered in Feb 2020.

Hi seems to have been sorted thanks. Took it into the dealer and they did a factory reset and so far so good 👍

I currently have an issue with the multimedia system. Just driven for about 10 miles round journey and it's gone off 4 times. Get a long continuous beeping sound for about 20 seconds and then it restarts itself. I lose music and navigation map until it starts up again. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks John

Thanks for your reply. Made sure my Bluetooth was on and ok. Received call from my wife to test it and thankfully it worked fine so panic over and thanks again for your help 👍

Yes the phone is connected to the car with Bluetooth and I also use Android Auto.

Bought my Kamiq in Feb 2020 but still haven't figured out how to answer an incoming phone call when driving. No drop down screen appears as I would expect and not been able to find the answer in the manual. Can anyone help please?
