No problem whatsoever, and no other faults, fingers crossed, 25000 miles covered, 2 services and front tyres at 22500 miles 😀

Really sorry to hear about the problems you are having with the dealer. I had the same problem with my drivers seat, I didn't bother reporting it until I took it in for the 1st service, they ordered some parts in advance but unfortunately not the correct parts, they then ordered, I think a new seat base, there was no quibble they just accepted what I had told them. I have worked in the trade all my life and always work on the basis if a customer complains about something they are not happy with, their must be a fault. It is a known fault and a very frustrating one. Try Skoda customer services. Ps when I took the car back the job was completed in a day. Have you got another dealer near you?

My Drivers seatback moves back when I travel to work and back, around a 80 mile trip, can be as much as 25mm movement on the adjusting knob. Still under warranty at present. Robin

I've spoken to the dealer today and registered the fault, they are going to look into it and call me back. Is it a know fault with Skoda UK ?

Like the various comments I thought it was me at first, but having now measured the distance from the top of my drivers to steering wheel, and marking the recline knob over a 50 mile journey, top of the seat goes back over and inch and knob moves similar amount, about to contact the dealer to see if they have come up with a fix, fingers crossed 😀
