Really sorry to hear about the problems you are having with the dealer. I had the same problem with my drivers seat, I didn't bother reporting it until I took it in for the 1st service, they ordered some parts in advance but unfortunately not the correct parts, they then ordered, I think a new seat base, there was no quibble they just accepted what I had told them. I have worked in the trade all my life and always work on the basis if a customer complains about something they are not happy with, their must be a fault. It is a known fault and a very frustrating one. Try Skoda customer services. Ps when I took the car back the job was completed in a day. Have you got another dealer near you?
