Finally had to change the water pump And thermoreg So obviously all new coolant but now even though the car is hot say 30 mins driving I have cold air blowing on my feet but hot blowing on the screen and out of the vents however it’s warm on left vent and cold on right This 235 vrs is doing my head in any advice ???? all buttons for vents ie defrost or face or to your feet works , air con works every thing works Its just this warm air but still cold on your feet is baffling me

Been quoted £1500 by Skoda 🤣🤣 a 4 year old car with 45,000 miles costing this and it’s a common fault and still putting the same engine in the new one it’s going asap of back to a 5 Series 530 never had anything like this with bmw

I carnt remember exactly what it said it was a valve not working or sticking open the car is 2018 petrol 245 dsg the engine light as been coming on and off for about a month

Afternoon all so recently the engine management light keeps coming on and of the code reader says temperature sensor but since Thursday it’s stopped on and today it went to just below the red on the temperature clock so guessing it’s just the sensor ? coolant is full other than that car is fine

Afternoon All, Having my 19s refurbed over winter but when I put them back on I am fitting new tyres. I have had bad experiences with recent garages marking the alloys Can anybody recommend a decent garage who does not mark the alloys around west yorshire, don't mind traveling to get them fitted and balanced right without damage

I have a 2018 vrs 245 comming home today my emissions light came on, I thought these where only on diesel I do motor way to work and just come back from a 400 mile trip so it’s baffled me … and ideas like can I take the filter out maybe a faulty sensor

Need some 225 x 35 x19s can anybody recommend a good tyre fitting place don’t want my wheels damaging or scuffing on the edge as I had the wheels redone last year the reason being, not to mention the place damaged a wheel of a friends car so asking for recommendations around West Yorkshire please

Morning all i have a 245 vrs 38,000 miles and took it in for a check over ( freebie ) i have noticed a small, very small damp patch on the floor when car is moved and Skoda want £848 to replace the thermoregulator and water pump seems a lot! my coolant was just below the minimum so I have topped this up does anybody know if you can get them else where and approximately how much please

Morning all i have a 245 estate, is it possible to put the alarm on but not to activate the interior one as my dog sets it of , like if I went for some petrol and want to put the alarm on and lock all doors due to all the dog thefts but really need the alarm on the interior not on thanks all

We have a 63 plate elegance from new only done 42,900 always serviced never no bother but ! Today came to a junction pressed clutch and pedal felt really tight and weird there is no slipping at all when on idle it’s making a weird noise and the bite is hard to find but just feels completely different could it be the cable or clutch gone

Morning all, I have the 245 estate and need some advice on the music system firstly I am getting on a bit and not tec minded I just want the easiest way to play my own music as it doesn’t have A CD player my phone is apple and have read on here about it doesn’t recognise songs because it’s not wrong format ect not got a clue☹️ Is it best with a sd card a usb stick or plug my phone in .... if you can Many thanks
