    Finally I got my car issues sorted it tool 2 weeks to get it done ..there was water mixed with fluid in the power steering pump and pipes connecting to steering rack (which is very rare)...get the steering pump was a task and costed 380 USD for the steering pump..now the steering is smooth as new one
