Fuel filler door: EMERGENCY OPENING (Fabia 6Y)
AWVRS replied to Racing_Enriquez's topic in Skoda Fabia Guides
Neat fix Enriquez - worked perfectly and saved me and my wallet a trip to the dealer. Muchas Gracias. -
Can someone remind me how I get the cruise control to tell me my true instantaneous speed? I remember the dealer telling me during his handover speil, but obviously I was daydreaming about getting my mitts on the car at the time (and the manual's pretty useless).

Just the front ones (but the rear ones do have the vRS logos).

I'd be up for a local SE shoot (of course, that means I'd have to clean it - I've had it away hiking!). Could be a problem getting that lay-by empty now that we're heading into tourist season though. -
Way, and indeed hey! Finally got mine (#506) yesterday. I don't know if anything's worth that wait, but it's definitely worth a wait. Looks great; drives great; hell - with all that new leather, it even smells great. If you're one of the many still waiting, bear with it - you won't be disappointed. Right now, it would take plastic surgery to get the stupid grin off my face!

I've been lurking in the VRS SE discussion since I put my order in (so that'll be a couple of months then  ), but only just got round to registering. Who knows, one of these days, I may actually get hold of my SE to play with. Here's hoping.

If anyone replies to this saying that they think Skoda has done a smashing (or even an adequate) job, then I'll fall off my chair (not, unfortunately, a nice numbered leather one yet :( ). I ordered mine in the second week of March, and the latest is "next week....probably (but no guarantees)". If I'd known that there was going to be this much hassle, I'd already be driving about in a nice new Suzi Swift (and I'dve got a better trade in).
