  1. Just did what you said it seems to have worked 👍. Booted it a little bit and stabbed on the brakes and it's seemed to of stop them squealing. Cheers mate.
  2. I'll take it for a spin in a bit and give it ago, cheers.
  3. Hi, just had my front discs and pads changed but after a few days they started squealing when turning right. Used brembo pads but didn't use the shims that came with it because they just would not fit, so just reused my old shims. Just added copper grease to them now and it dosent have seemed to fix it. The squealing does stop when the brakes are applied. Any ideas?
  4. Ended up buying the gates powergrip water pump kit for £95
  5. The ones I've found: INA: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00DQCIXL2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_EzUgFb3HGV19J SKF: https://m.autodoc.co.uk/skf/1365820 You reckon just to pay the bit extra and go with gates?
  6. I have a fabia vrs 2006. From what people have said gates is the go to, but I've got a good offer of either a INA or SKF which will save some money. Anyone used theses before?
  7. I'm probably going to take it down to the garage to have a look at it anyway.
  8. MK1 vrs with 85k on it. Is it sound to leave, won't cause any other issues if left will it?
  9. How much do you reckon that'd be to sort out?
  10. When I first start the car up and let it idle, there's a running/grinding sound which disappears when I put the clutch in. Doesn't seem to happen when the engines warm. Any ideas?
  11. Better than most mine looks haha
  12. I've just ordered it myself. Managed to get that one to fit in the end by cutting it down, but then ended up snapping the bottom piece.
  13. I'm pretty sure he's talking about the one I linked. Because I've had the exact same issue with it. Danny didn't reply when I messaged him I'm afraid.
  14. Cheers, i'll send him a message.
  15. Annoying that, you got a link to his profile? don't know which one it is.
