  1. I did do a search but couldn’t seem to find what I was after. So I’m looking at getting a downpipe before getting my remap, as we are all know downpipes are very expensive for what they are and the selection available for the VRS is quite limited compared to say... the golf. Some downpipes are listed as the same fitment as the golf R and Leon Cupra. I emailed a seller on eBay and got the attached reply. Does anybody know if the downpipe for the VRS TSI is the same fitment as other VAG cars? It would really help when trying to find a downpipe at the right price (Second hand etc).
  2. Welcome Buddy! There’s worse places than Scotland to drive it back from.
  3. Welcome mate!
  4. Nice one. They feel fine, very close to the standard ride, even the guy that fitted them commented on how good the ride was. I can’t say anything about longevity as they’ve only been on a few weeks.
  5. H+R 40mm, 20mm spacers rear and 15mm spacers front 👍🏽
  6. Obviously off the line I’ve got to get used to being careful how I put the power down in the lower gears, but I only get my toe down when the mood takes me so it’s not a massive issue, I really like how the Octavia drives. as Gissin said, the interior feels just as well put together as the golf, obviously not as well specced material wise but not as different as I thought it was going to be! Thanks, I saw a couple of the Octavias on this forum with the same set up and I’m really chuffed with it!
  7. Thought I’d chuck up a hello here, bought my 2016 Red VRS 230 a month ago, I’ve come from Golf R ownership and needed to practicality! Love the car so far. This month it’s had resonator delete, H&R springs along with 20mm rear and 15mm front spacers.
