Hi All, This is my first post since joining so apologies in advance if I'm posting in the wrong place! I recently became a proud octavia owner and purchased a pre-FL 2006 Octavia VRS Estate. Absolutely love the car but I'm looking to update the head unit as it's currently only got the base 'Stream' unit which doesn't even have an AUX input. I'm pretty sure my model has the CAN gateway which causes battery drain if I tried to add a newer head unit so was hoping someone with VCDS and the cables could help me out to read the existing config and apply it to my new gateway? I'm in the north london area but more than happy to travel a little bit. In case anyone's curious, I'm planning to change the Stream for an RCD330 Plus after reading that it should fit well and has android auto + carplay. Appreciate any help!
