Does anyone know what the service interval is on a Skoda Superb (Petrol) - 2020 model. I thought it was 1 year/12k miles but the service indicator in the car shows that I have another 10k (or a year to go). Currently has almost 10k on clock and is almost a year old. Anyone know how this works?

Fixed! For future reference... the parcel shelf had come off its tracks and so I am guessing the sensor was picking it up as it got close to shutting!

I have a 2020 Soda Superb. The electric tailgate is not working properly. It doesn't close fully - it is about 3 inches away from fully locked and makes a single beep. It reopens ok but just doesn't close fully. Anyone know why this could be or whether there is a manual override to close it? Thanks

I was just wondering what to expect as standard when picking up a new car assuming nothing has been agreed in advance with respect to car mats (do you get anything?) and fuel (how much?)? Does anyone know if dealers get a fuel allowance (for a full tank) from Skoda for every new car sold? Thanks

Hi - I ordered a new Superb in early February where the build date was given as late May/early June. Obviously COVID came which has pushed this back. However, my dealer has been back for almost a month now and says that they are not receiving any updates from Skoda whatsoever on revised build dates. While I fully expect a delay from original build date, I would have thought that by now they should be able to start giving out estimates of revised buid dates. I was wondering whether others are having the same issue?
