Windscreen wash for passenger side and rear not working
Can't find much info on this, so if anyone has anything to suggest or has had a similar issue that's been fixed it'd be much appreciated. The driver's side windscreen wash works perfectly as it should, and in fairness probably clears 85% of the screen. But the passenger side and the rear side don't work at all. I can hear the motor as I'm applying the action to both, but nothing comes out. I've done the pin in the hole trick and that did nothing, so likely there's a blockage somewhere. Are the passenger side and rear linked? Phoned Skoda directly as a couple of local garages have told me they can't see what the problem is. Quoted me £120 just to diagnose the issue and the car would be required for the full 8 hours of the day (without repair). I mean, really? I don't really want to take 2 days off work just for this. I have an MOT coming up in the next 6 weeks and was told by a local garage that it would likely that it would fail on these parts. I'm based in South Wales, so if anyone can recommend some Skoda-savvy repairers that would be great!

Battery change
Well I haven't ordered yet, going to next week at some point. Hopefully that won't be the case as it'll be a mobile fitting.

Battery change
In the recent months I've barely been driving more than 10-20 miles per journey, averaging maybe 5, but even on the shorter runs I'm ensuring I drive a few extra miles so tick the battery over. But it took an extra few seconds to start this afternoon. Battery is reading between 11-11.9v with engine off and 12v when running, and between 12-13v when driving (although not sure of the accuracy of that). A quick google tells me I'm lucky to get it started without fuss and so I think a battery replacement is probably wise. It's a 66 plate 2.0tdi so battery likely 4 - 4.5 years old. I don't fancy fitting myself as I'm of the understanding something needs to be coded for the stop/start system to work properly? All of my previous cars have been without this so it's new to me. Had a look online and Halfords seems the most reasonable with mobile fitting available as well. Has anyone had this 096AGM fitted in their Octavia without issue? https://www.halfords.com/motoring/batteries/car-batteries/halfords--096agm-start%2Fstop-agm-12v-car-battery-5-year-guarantee-548638.html Anyone who's had to replace their battery: what are the things you need to reset yourself after fitting?

Replace key battery warning
Had car three months (though second owner) and already have a low battery for key fob warning message come on when ignition is turned. Can anyone tell me if I replace this myself will I somehow have to reconfigure its relationship to the car or will it work as normal automatically? My biggest worry is I replace it and then I can't get into the car at all because it needs to be re-setup. My Octavia doesn't have any lock on the outside to get in even if it did go, so car would be locked nmw.
