Hey! I'm looking to buy a vRS, and have just seen what looks like a pretty decent price on a 2006 vRS. I've heard vague rumblings about timing chain tensioner issues etc, and was just wondering what I need to look out for, and whether getting the tensioner replaced immediately after purchase is a good shout? Am I right in saying that a replacement will be to a later, less failure prone design or did I pull that out of thin air? Anything I generally need to watch for on this year of vRS? I tested a 2010 at 80k and the clutch was slipping like mad, but I assume that's not the norm at such a relatively low mileage. How long are the turbos generally good for on these? Cheers!
