  1. Necrobumping lol, never heard of that phrase but I like it! This thread has been useful so far. I've managed to get hte car to recognise a playlist file, but I'm still working out how to get the playlists to recognise any songs... wish me luck
  2. Cheers Dom. Having had it for getting on a month now I'm pretty impressed at how much poke this 1 ltr petrol actually has.... once the turbo kicks in of course
  3. I think you're right Gaz, seems like a great choice so far (getting on for a month of having it). I had a 2ltr 2005 TDCi Focus Ghia, in its day it was a great car, but was starting to show its age and the performance wasn't what it once was
  4. Thanks Bangor Red and Petrol Dave, great to have that piece of mind that its all normal. The car has been great so far, so all good!
  5. New owner of a Quarz Grey, 2018, SE, 1.0, 115ps. Not as smart or powerful as some of the great looking cars above, but looks smart and drove well this morning nonetheless
  6. Help please! EPC and Engine light stay on BEFORE I turn the ignition. They go out when I start the car. Is this normal? The handbook doesn't explain that these should stay illuminated till you turn the engine on. I bought an approved used Skoda this morning, so have no previous experience whether this is normal. I have just been familiarising myself with the new toys at my disposal while parked on my drive (engine not running) and noticed these lights had stayed on.
  7. Hi Community I picked up my first Skoda this morning. A used Octavia Mk3 2018 SE 1.0. I hope joining the Skoda clan (defecting from Ford) was a good choice!
