Are there any good sites that are trust worthy and sell replacement units. I heard there might be somewhere that does a trade in o them, is that true?

Can anyone advise me please, just new on here and a new Skoda driver, the Columbus system in my car constantly reboots. It happened for a while but always came on after 5 mins or so but now wont come on at all. This is the model number. Thanks
