Initially I had a P0299 but after the turbo cleaner, and the Italian tune up on the M65, I was getting these

Plugging the end of the vac hose, at the EGR cooler, has sorted the fault codes and limp mode. The Yeti has done 98000 miles so am a bit reluctant to replace the EGR cooler as there's a lot of dismantling (money) to get to it.
Not sure exactly what the vacuum actuator does, in the EGR cooler. Do you know if it's a separate function to the actual EGR valve?
