  1. Many thanks to you all and especially Rustynuts, this is all resolved so thank you for your support. This is a brilliant forum.
  2. Good morning gents, it looks like I may have lashed this up right royally, I formatted the disk so it looks like its off to the dealer this week. I attach a photo of the SD card . Many thanks for your support
  3. I believe its an Amundsen based on the VIN number it also tells me that I have no updates so I assume there have been none from 2014? It also looks like it might be a faulty SD card as someone that purchased her car at the same time has updated with no problems. At the moment all it tells me there is nothing on the card, I also checked it was in the open position on the switch.
  4. Hi everyone, first post here so trying not to make mistakes. I am trying to update my maps on the infotainment system. I did it a couple of years ago with few problems today nothing but messages saying the card contains nothing. As with these things the card could be corrupt so can I format it or is it a skoda special card with a propriety software etc? I am lost so any help gratefully received. I don't want to go to my local Skoda dealer with the potential for Covid etc so any support gratefully received. Malcolm
