Im taking the car to the same mechanic tomorrow to be checked again since i dont know how to do anything, it’s my first car ever.. 😕 i’ll ask the mechanic if they can get more spesific fault code out of this patient.. also this is the lightbulb there is now 🤔
  3. Hello! First of all, English isnt my native language so im sorry for all possible imperfections in this text. Also im not good with cars at all and i just bought this Skoda. (Superb sedan 2010/2011) And then to the problem: Driver’s side headlight isnt working. We tried changing the bulb, still nothing. We took the car to get fixed and they changed ballast on that side. It worked for a few moments but only after an hour and a half it was faulty again. Car is giving the warning light for a lightbulb and also urging us to check dipped beam. We read the fault codes and 00978 keeps coming back. Does anyone have any ideas what this problem could be? Is there a problem with wiring or what? So far we have changed the light bulb (philips d1s), ballast and a few fuses.
