In March last year I paid £23.48 from a dealer who had one in stock.

The same 'Start radio' message appeared on our Fabia today. And the radio wouldn't work. After parking for 2 hours, I tried the radio again on the way home and it worked. 🤔🤔😳 Any ideas why??

We never have doors locked whilst driving. And we don't have auto locking.

I have just replaced mine following instructions provided by @jgrindel. It took me 90 min to do. It's not that hard and I'm no mechanic. Part cost £23.48 From Furrows Oswestry. (they wanted £68.40 to fit.) Thank you.

The door handle on our Fabia Mklll 1.2 tsi 110 snapped this morning. Just read that this is a common problem. Plan to buy replacement from skoda parts direct on Monday. Are the replacements the same quality as the original? I plan to fit it myself, many thanks for @psul & @JGrindel for their contributions.

Thank you for quick response, I was definitely told part G280 at cost of £130.

The Air Con on our Fabia has stopped working. I've had it re-gassed but still not working. I've been told that it requires a Sensor G280 by my local garage, but will require a Skoda dealer to be re-configured. Is this a common fault, and would the advice be correct ?

ybx7027 12v 60ah 560a yuasa EFB start stop battery. It is the same that Halfords wanted to fit. It was fitted by ex vw mechanic,do l assume it was coded correctly.

Tested the car battery this morning 60% so replaced it. Skoda wanted £216, Halfords £155 my local garage £101. So had them fit it. Thank you.

Hi, This may have been covered previously. Fabia mk3 1.2 TSI (110) Just replaced key fob battery as I have done previously with new Panasonic battery. But key fob is not recognised. I tried another new battery to no avail. Followed instructions on page 180 of the manual but it still won't work. Any advice? The spare key still works.
