My wife picked up her new Sportline on Friday afternoon and the dealer kindly helped her to register through the My Connect app on her smartphone and set her up as primary user on the infotainment system. Whilst we were there we also set the driver's seat for my wife on setting 1 and myself on setting 2. I asked the dealer if we could have it work with the two key fobs so our preferred seat positions would change when the car is unlocked but they were unable to do that. After getting the car home I did some research and came to the conclusion that as the car has the personalisation option I would have to add another user profile for myself. I have tried and failed several times now to add a second user either via the app or in car. When I do setup my profile it makes me primary user and deletes my wife's profile so it will only accept one profile in the system. Is this really the case or does anyone else have a 2023 model Kodiaq that they have been able to set up multiple users in and if so how?
