Sorry, not sure how to edit a post but fault code reader gives code P0810 Clutch Position Control Error.

My car is jumping out of gear intermittently when pulling away at lights and roundabouts, this has happened twice in about 4 weeks. I'll be in D, pull away and after a couple seconds i'll feel a ghost gear shift and it'll end up revving with no drive. It's then found a gear again after a few seconds both times and i'm able to move off again. Both times it's driven the rest of the journey with no problem and the most recent I finished a 100 mile drive after it happened without incident. It's still under a second hand dealership warranty but only for another month and they want paid if they have to take apart the gearbox and find it's a wear and tear item. Has this happened to anyone else?
