Hi all, My names George and I am now the owner of my first Skoda. I have graduated to a 2012 Octavia Blackline VRS after my Ford Mondeo decided to throw its cambelt into the road and its pistons into its valves. As an older geezer the need to go full sports car has passed and I got out of my boy racer feelings in the mid 80's but I do like having something a bit more powerful than a shopping trolley without feeling the need for big plastic spoilers. Only thing I am missing is the bluetooth connectivity, but that is a simple fix after reading posts on here regarding getting it enabled on the Amundsen unit. Hope I can be a useful source of info to others regarding driving like a plonker in the 80's, cb radio, general electronics and old radios. oh yeah.. i'm 53 old years...
