there was an article in auto express fairly recently about miss fuelling and VAG group cars were in the region of £120 I think to rectify it. So sounds a realistic cost as some of the like replacing the fuel filter will be done at service and to remedy missfuelling. Found link How misfuelling could mean a £5k bill! | Auto Express News | News | Auto Express

Just do it and if you don't like it stop. I do a lot of rally marshalling mostly I enjoy it but sometimes you get the idiot spectators who completely ignore any advice/instruction you give them no matter how polite you are. It can be a long day with a lot of hanging around before the event starts but fairly rewarding. Don't expect pay or too many freebies though.

Hopefully these are attached. Pic1 at the top of The Beef Tub near Moffat. Pic2 at Port Logan (where 2000 acres of sky was filmed)

Ha been top down since getting the car Saturday. Picked it up in Edinburgh and came down home to Castle Douglas on the beef Tub road to Moffat. Sunday a drive to the Mull Of Galloway the most southerly part of Scotland. Monday back in the 9.5 yr old skoda for work. Still a good car though.

I must have had a rush of blood to the head. Normally I'm overly cautious when spending money but since the launch of the MK3 mx5 I've always wanted one. I have looked around for a few months driving several and last bank holiday weekend bought an ex demo 2ltr sport which I'm due to pick up tomorrow:). Now I'm not normally an excitable sort of chap but WHOOHOOO I cannot wait. NOTE: All hairdresser jokes are officially banned:finger:. The mk3 is a much more masculine looking car. I am also keeping my old but trusty Octy estate for work etc

The Skoda WRC finished 2nd to Andy Kynaston's Audi S3 Quattro in the National Rally. Fenwick is also doing the Reivers Rally Today and is currently 2nd to our local star David Bogie. For those of you that don't know the Jim Clark rally consists of 4 (I think) rallies run over a weekend on closed roads in the Scottish Borders. It's the only closed public road event on the UK MAINLAND.

Was just looking at the entry list for the Jim Clark Rally, Kelso this weekend car 101 is an Octavia WRC ; Driver Andy Fenwick Travis drummer Neil Primrose also taking part in a Suzuki Swift

are you still in a position where you can reject this car under the sales of goods act, if you took finance out better still it should be easier to reject it. -
shouldn't/couldn't you report her for careless driving? Ask her why she was talking on her mobile when she hit you.

"ok", "north of the Border" what's that all about?

You'll struggle to get rid of it and it will eventually smell rancid. Buy a new mattress and discipline your daughter

our wildlife unit used rangers and the guys always complained that they were crap off road. They also had 110's and Terranos which I think they preferred.

Service Question + Tyres...
Graham PoLoskie replied to harveys's topic in Skoda Octavia Mk II (2004 - 2013)
If you can get them I would always try for Vredestein tyres only independants seem to stock them however.
