  1. I have vcds and I am in Swindon. I can read codes for you
  2. I have had similar issue where engine was turning up it just didn’t start. Especially in the mornings. Skoda had car for 3days and didn’t find anything. On the end, neighbor came(mechanic), opened fuel filter and found little metal shavings, and said “your fuel pump is failing”. I made Skoda to change both fuel pumps and never had problem since. But I did upgraded battery. It is 2.0tdi
  3. Hi guys, I am new here. My aircon is playing up. It does cool a bit, but not as much as it used. I did pop thermometer in the air went and temperature reads are jumping between 15 and 20 on full blast on hot day. As we had them recently. I did have it regased, pressure tested, and high and low pressures checked. All was fine. But it still not cold enough. Garage has told me to wait for couple for weeks and then come back if any problems. i did connected to vcds (only learning in using it) and I tried to check compressor shut down codes but it is saying not available. Any ideas what it could be wrong with ac? Not sure if related but I did notice that in winter, hot air was not blowing as hot as it used to,too. I did see some YouTube videos suggesting to clean evaporator. Did anyone tried to clean it with that foam cleaner where you don’t need to remove dashboard? Should I try it? Specs: 2.0tdi, 2010, dsg, climatronic
