  1. The battery is brand new even with the battery taken out and just jumped it still does the same thing it’s just a single click that I can hear from the relays I have moved most of the relays around but still the same could it be a wire going to the starter that’s not getting any power the positive and negative terminals look to be in good order every thing else in the car seems to be working well I will try and get a video of it tonight if I can
  2. Good morning thanks for the reply I should have mentioned I have replaced the battery and it’s still the same it’s not like dying battery kind of sound the cars not even trying to turn over just one click like something is prohibiting the car from starting
  3. hi everyone I have just brought a Octavia 2.0 diesel on a 66 plate its been involved in a rear end accident no airbags gone off the problem I have is that the car doesn't want to turn over as soon as I turn the key the relays in the fuse box in the engine bay click but no start there are a couple lights on the dash but none that seem to be stopping the car from running i have also plugged the car in to a diagnostic scanner but it showed no faults so I'm at a loss as to what to try next i have had a quick search on the internet about a pyrotechnic fuse but i can not find any info any help would be much appreciated Thanks Mo
