Infotainment system has been a total pain, has been shutting down intermittently and then shutting down completely throwing up to 4 faults on VC (SOS on permanently), not the greatest in the weather that we are having as no access to heating or heated seats. Contacted Skoda UK who have raised a complaint form, will escalate if updates fail on Monday 14th.

An update has been available since 27 Nov covering a number of problems, don't know if the clock is one of them.

Today, on a 2mile drive, the infotainment system shut down 8 times (not done this before) and was throwing up various warning lights/messages on the VC. I contacted Skoda Service Dept while I was in the car, tried to do a reboot but the system kept going down and throwing the warning lights/messages, roll on the 14th.

Day and a half ? I was quoted 3/4 hrs that they would need the car

Not good, 14th December for this car, will update then.

Heard from Skoda today, they have released a series of updates today and our car requires 8 of them, car booked in for week beginning 14 December, can't wait, will update when I get the car back.

Still not had any further updates from Skoda, .

Garage contacted me to say they had received a software update re phone not connecting (didn't post this previously), they tried it on a car owned by a staff member who is having the same problem (didn't work).

My partner took delivery of SE L First Edition 2.0 TDI 150PS Estate on Tuesday, I took it for it's first "long" run today using the Sat Nav, the virtual cockpit shows speed, fuel range in miles, Sat Nav shows distance to destination in klms and also in top left corner of virtual cockpit, couldn't find how to change it in SETTINGS, stopped at a Skoda showroom that I was passing and explained situation to one of the sales guys, he tried numerous settings/screens without success, I contacted the showroom that the car was bought from, service staff and Master Tech were unable to help/solve the mystery, any person on here with a solution, not a major problem but would have thought all readings in UK would be in miles
