Hi all, looking for a replacement for my tail lights. MK2 estate. To my untrained eye they look identical on the hatch and estate but I'm struggling to track down part numbers to prove my theory. Does anybody know if they're interchangeable? Cheers

The car it came off is a 2009 and mine is 2011 so at least it's from the parts which are only one apart rather than two, if you see what I mean. I'll have a crack at fitting it and update when/if it fits. Fingers crossed

Hi all, I've just bought a new to me 61 plate Fabia estate. The rear tailgate is damaged. I've found another but it's from a 2010 car. Does anyone know if there were any changes made to the shape of the tailgate during the facelift? Thanks

UPDATE: FIXED. Cheap outside temperature sensor from the scrap yard. Wired in, temperature immediately popped up. Cleared codes down using cheap OBD tool and nothing came back. Many thanks to everyone for all the help and advice.

Hi, Thanks for the reply. I believe in the info screen you can change between temp outside, mpg info etc. One of the functions seems to be live mph. When I got to that screen I just get dashes and no info. Do you know why that might be? Thanks

Hi all, when I drive my cluster is not showing the live mph on the screen. Needle works and I am getting a kph readout below the info section. Does anyone know why this might happen? Cheers

The faults here were before clearing. The intermittent switch faults and immobiliser fault disappeared.

Did some digging this morning and found two random wires poking out. Do these look like they might link up for the temp sensor? Finding it quite hard to get access back there.

Is there another speed sensor other than the abs ones? My attempts to scan (car scanner and carista) have both flagged error 00625 which appears to be a g22 speed sensor. Thanks for all the advice so far

Update on this. Return to seller is not an option as this was a sold as seen type of deal. I've linked with forum member Aubrey who was super helpful and generously donated his time. I have the outside temperature sensor malfunctioning and there is an issue with the speed signal. The cluster isn't displaying the current mph when I drive. This leads me to think that there's an issue with the Speedo and the car is able to compensate using the info from the ABS sensors to make the needle work. Does anybody happen to know where the Speedo sensor might be on the gearbox. 2015 automatic 1.2 TSI. I'm hoping it's just a loose connection rather than a wiring issue/problem with the cluster.

Oh dear, Thanks for the heads up. Do you know what it is that makes it so expensive? Is the ABS pump and ABS module a separate thing? I'll look into getting some assistance from someone with VCDS. Cheers

Hi all, My TPMS light comes on at startup and won't turn off. It blinks for about a minute and then stays on. Pressing and holding the reset button does nothing, the light blinks once but then just stays on and there is no bong. I've checked the pressures and they're all ok. I've run my obd scanner on it (generic, not vcds) and it is showing some errors with the abs module but I have no abs light. Has anyone had a similar issue at all? Thanks
