One of the only things that bugs me about my car is the fact it came with no user handbook etc Anyone any experience of where is best to get replacements? Just off ebay or through skoda themselves Cheers

I replaced my stock springs with ebaich 30mm springs and they have been a great job. Albeit I am from Northern Ireland and the car only has to pass a road worthiness test annually and your insurance informed. I would prefer having my car signed off by an engineer like yourselves for the standard of work at least to be competent as there is a culture here of literally cutting springs etc

I think I have a problem I cannot stop tinkering. I upgraded all the lights, I bought the replacement boot light units and they are literally like night and day as I initially replaced the w5 bulb for an led and they were nothing in comparison. The puddle light replacements took a small bit of hacking with a Stanley blade but very easy to replace and a big improvement as you have a board of leds pointing in the direction required as opposed to a bulb giving partial coverage. Now my only issue is the torch in the boot is a yellow tint as opposed to the white from the leds... Does anyone have any suggestions before I put too much time and effort trying to replace them lol Puddle lights Boot lights with the torturous yellow torch

For once in my life I think I'm done fiddling with a car so I think bar roof bars there will be little change, unless anyone has great suggestions or hacks. I hate the cup holders in the car is my only gripe.

Finally got round to having the detachable tow bar and the ebaich 30mm springs fitted. I have to say car looks far better and more sport / factory look which is what I was hoping for as I never wanted something looking lowered into the rim etc. Before After along with a quick wash using anachem Articulate, snow foam, gleam and hybrid qd. It comes up great everytime since I machined it.

Heated seats
Yea I have the cousin fitting a towbar and ebaich springs in a week or two so I may get him to have a poke around it but it doesn't sound like a simple fix. If I get any update from him on potential causes or fixes ill make sure to share them

Heated seats
Hi all First time owning a superb. Quick one, are the heated seats quite poor not warm on a superb? As my old bmw it would have burn the back side off you in minutes and mine it just seems to be a bit warm at best even after driving for 20 minutes. Anyone any advice or that is the way it is.

I will get a pic of it once I get it lowered I really just want a factory look maybe slightly more sporty than the river crossing stilts its on atm.. Also anyone that has any interest it's a great company from northern Ireland ( my local) that does car cleaning products they are fantastic and form a great foundation when it comes to cleaning my cars. And when in a rush I just get his hybrid product on after a quick wash works wonders. Sounds like a plug it kinda is as I think he deserves the praise for quality and price https://anachem-automotive.com/ But looking forward to seeing my superb a bit lower. Also anyone any modifications hacks or additions I should be getting? My biggest gripe though is the cup holders are terrible for a travel mug!!!

First time owning a skoda from the usual Audi or bmw estates. My bmw was a bag of spanners and I just wanted rid it was a never ending problem of repairs. I've only had my superb for about 2 months and I love it. Ticks all the boxes I am waiting on lowering ebaich 30mm springs to arrive just to take the harsh look of it being on stilts off and a detachable towbar to be fitted and I will probably be done tinkering with the car..... Unless anyone else has any suggestions Well I got to do what I love to do and clean the car just to get rid of as much of the surface issues on the paint. A night going over it with the da polisher and sealing with some bild hamber wax adds some great hydrophobic ability
