Evening folks I have accidentally failed to secure my detachable tow bar hitch before taking off. Needless to say it came loose and launched itself rending loose. Does anyone have one they are willing to sell or where would be good to get a new one The part number is a westfalia 317 088 Any help would be appreciated

This is a pain of my life a complete first world problem. My kids have managed at some point pinged off the radio button for my 2015 superb and I have pulled it apart and I cannot find it. I've been looking online and finding nothing online. Anyone a spare or somewhere I can find it. It's the radio button. Thank you It's driivjg me crazy.

Can you link me to the reverse camera you fitted? Is there much work? I take it that is a standard head unit?

As the topic suggests hopefully act as bit of a dumping ground for all the random accessories or favourites people have added to their superb. Mine at the minute has to be my detachable towbar. Still keeps the good looks of the car but I can stick it on when I need to put the bike or trailer on. What's your faboirutie?

Gents it appeared to be a low voltage issue.. Its has magically resolved itself airbag warning light off and radio has sprung back to life!

Anyone offer help with mine. It has stopped working and the odd time you will get a flash of a white line across the screen, the CD player or something mechanical sounds like an old phone dialing with the movement its doing. There has been no warning to this bar I did change the battery the day before but it was disconnected like any other. I am going to try tonight disconnecting for half an hour and restart. But does anyone have any idea or solution and failing that what are the better after market options? I've attached an image of the same hu as mine the restrictions in image size were catching me out

Evening gents My electric drivers seat is playing up. The switch to adjust the distance (backwards and forwards) has stopped working. I know it is the switch as when I press one or the other memory functions it will move the seat back and then use the other function to move it forward. Has anyone experience of this or how I would go about replacing that one particular switch Cheers

I haven't checked coolant levels tbh yet. But it struggles to get the temp up I believe it maybe the dsg thermostat sticking. But i will get a look at the above in daylight. Cheers for a steer.

With the cold weather in my 2015 superb estate is no developing a condensation probkem. I cannot figure it out. As if the car is sitting idling the windows etc all clear but as soon as I take off minutes later condensation forms across all the windows and windscreen and it doesn't clear. I've tried it with the aircon off the same problem. It is getting worse with the cold snap we are in. Sat in junction one for 15 minutes waiting on the wife no condensation by the time I reached the old cinema in antrim the windows you couldn't see out off and the windscreen was about 75% covered. This is after I changed the pollen filter this morning thinking it maybe linked. I can't find any damp getting in (albeit a quick look) and it's strange it only happens once the car is in motion. Any suggestions welcome

Ended up with my mechanic doing it £40 for the pleasure and it kept my Saturday free for the first day of good weather in Northern Ireland. Money well spent! 🤣

Cheers i dare say if it is the whole front has to come off ill leave it to my mechanic as much as it pains me to have a light bulb changed. I just know i will l fit the bumper back on back to front or end up with 1/3 of the screws still in my hand when I'm finished 🤣 On that note any recommendations for D3S bulbs? As if it requires this much work ill get both changed at the same time.

Totally confused my usual bible of YouTube shows a circle cover you twist off in my case i do not have that luxury. Can anyone advise where it is? Or a how to for it? I cant upload a picture due to the size of the one i took But it appesrs in line with where the bulb would be there is a metal plate held by three screws and a red electrical warning sticker at the rear of the headlight housing. Its a 2015 170 estate. Thanks in advance

Couldn't help myself I had time today so a wash polish and wax to seal. This wad meant to be donkey of our house for all the heavy lifting and carting but Iove it such a great car.

I am also trying to source just the OEM front rubber drivers mat as I have all the rest just the orginal has failed I contacted my local skoda and they say I have to order all 4 mats, the other 3 mats are in perfect condition and just seems a waste

Is it rubber like the OEM liner? Or a hard plastic?

Link me to the ones with out rails and we can sort something out

I take it no one has a part number? It's one of the few things that bugs me about the car!!

I have the estate but I think and I hope to be corrected I may have the saloon boot liner in my car, this is what was in it when I got it. Then I was thinking is there the gap at the sides if you have the adjustable boot partitions. Have I the right boot liner? As any other estate I have had the OEM liners covered the whole boot and looks a much neater fit. Excuse the dirt it just brought back a tonne bag of bark..

I never even knew that electric struts were an option with the superb I have a 2015 Elegance DSG what are the chances I've been opening my boot like a peasant....

Thanks and I know you can download it but I prefer looking at the hard copy of it as opposed a pdf. I've used the pdf version at times but it's just not the same.
