  1. That to me looks like maybe someone on a push bike mountain bike or something with pedals that will rotate or follow the wheel radius. Getting a bit to close to your car, Only a guess mind
  2. You could try Ez shims on the rear axle to correct anomalies pretty cheap to buy and easy enough to do. Or follow Basil's thread how to do it. Might be caused by just the geometry out a bit. Link for the shims, http://www.venommotorsport.com/contact_us.php
  3. That Garage sounds impressive, Most just want to rook you these days and smile as they rob you blind and fail to perform. Worth noting. You mention that the bushes have been changed previoulsy but were they standard bushes or one of the upmarket type.
  4. You could try this stuff http://www.repairproducts.co.uk/page69.htm
  5. You can get it from here but you will have to pay for it or pay to view for a certain length of time, You also have to do a log in procedure to get in to the information available, I got this link from Skoda Uk Technical department. https://erwin.skoda-auto.cz/erwin/showHome.do Dont know if is of any help butI do recall seeing wiring diagrams in there.
  6. You can get them from here. http://www.eurocarparts.com/track-rod-and-track-rod-end
  7. Sorry forgot to paste the link to the second site. Here it is. http://impactproductsolutions.co.uk/product-groups/timing-belt/timing-belt-kits/
  8. Talking about cambelt's don't know if this is of any value to anyone on here http://www.hamar.cz/timing-belt-kits/455-timing-belt-kit-contitech-ct1028k3-01250.html or this one for that bit more information on suitable replacements part numbers some interesting stuff on the cz site.
  9. Another possible source of water getting in to the vehicle is from the door hinges support arms or the things that stop your door going out to far when opened wide. There are some sort of grommets in there but if water was to run down I would imagine it could get in to the car itself. The cable carrier above it has a proper rubber sleeve come cover but the one I am on about seems vulnerable, Not really sure how it could be made watertight. If it was possible to get a similar rubber sleeve made to fit over the support arms then it should or maybe resolve a vulnerable area. In theory when the doors closed not a lot of water could get in, But you dont need a lot over a period of time a little can become a lot.
  10. Came across this earlier on might be useful to someone on here sometime.Or your particular problem. http://www.jablotron.com/en/Catalog/car+alarm+systems/cl+for+skodas/ it is a czech company that appear to manufacture alarm systems. There are a few Skoda Central locking systems in the car section. Plus some other interesting items.
  11. I would shoot up to Awesome GTI they did mine no problems.
  12. The pollen filter is awkward to refit I dicovered that the frame has a small protruding catch on it that must slot up in to the recess to get it to fit in properly it has to be on the side nearest to the gear knob as well even though it will fit the wrong way. Plus as MoggyTech explains the filter fitting is important as well plus the plastic flexible runners or guides have to locate properly, Certainly not an easy job to do especially if its wet and cold.
  13. Mine pulled to the left from new. Dealers said they all do a little bit also said if safe to do so try driving on the wrong side of the road and it pulls to the right, Which a mechanic proved, Plus the steering wheel was about 5 degrees out. Took it to Awesome gti had 4 wheel alignement done and the difference is a lot better it will follow really severe cambers but not as bad as it was before. Not good for new car would think twice about buying another Skoda.
  14. It looks like a Spotted Flycatcher. Or maybe a " Dunnock.
  15. Forgot to add the extinguisher is in the boot.
  16. For what it is worth I discovered my Fire extinguisher which is a dry powder tends to create a lot of moisture on the casing when the weather is cold this is then absorbed probably in to the interior fabrics and then evaporates on the glass area in the vehicle
  17. I was told by the dealers and the mechanics they all do it, Dont know how you solve it,
  18. I was told if you apply a bit of pressure on the brake pedal before applying the hand brake then you can get quite a bit more movement on the hand brake lever. Only if you are parking it up though,
  19. They love fuel actually drink it like pop and rust a bit I would look at the japanese alternatives,
  20. That looks dead tidy like the wheels they look very nice,
  21. Did you not enquire if you could have an implant Meg
