  1. Anyway... With regards to the original question, does anyone know why I'm getting a service unavailable message at all please?
  2. It'll be MY20 then as it was built in Jan of 2020
  3. Silly question... but how do I know? It has the word Skoda on the back as opposed to the badge so I thought it was the newer model. Would be annoying if they didn't add it. Do you know what the "service unavailable" message relates to?
  4. I can't believe it won't be updated to support it, it has all the necessary hardware
  5. Hi everyone, I've recently bought a Jan 2020 Karoq second hand and really enjoying it. If I go in to the system information within the settings there is a button which says online update, but every time it immediately returns a service unavailable message almost like it's not even trying. My car is connected to WiFi and I can see the car through the Skoda connect app so I'm not entirely sure what's going on? Also, is this to update the maps only or the whole of the in car entertainment? I'm hoping for Android auto wireless! Many thanks Andy
