Volume is up in all settings. Can’t hear the phone, the radio or my USB

I have just bought a new Škoda Kamiq.. Twice now, I have been listening to the radio and gone to call one of my contacts. It rings the phone but I can’t hear anything. I then terminate the call but the whole system is muted. I can hear the radio, my other media or the phone. It’s driving me mad. I have no idea why it does it as it works fine most of the time. Can anyone help pls?
