Yep didn’t need to take out the cable once or the infotainment system crashing. Yep it would stop responding and I had to press the power button for 15 secs for it to reset. Thankfully no more hassle

Hi, Just wondering if any IPhone users have this. When i use Google Maps through Car play, it sometimes crashes every 5-10 minutes. I was using it yesterday and it just crashed again and again and it went to the smart link screen and i then have to connect to it once again, so has anyone had this issue? Is it the cable? or software issue? Cheers

Hello, I need help for the following. I went to my car and parked it overnight close to a park and when i came back the next morning i found, as you can see, my windscreen very humid and full of mist. So I wiped the screen, BTW they are brand new Bosch, but left the streaks on the windscreen and I couldn’t see anything. Now I don’t know what it is, chemicals left from when I’m cleaning the car or the glass cleaner I used once long time ago or mud or grease from driving. I have heard of lemon or vinegar but should i trust it or get some kind of windscreen product. Any help will do Thanks

Hi Guys, Enjoying my lovely Karoq but i have a problem. I went for my vacation and plugged in my IPhone 11. Turned on Bluetooth, Mobile data and Location. Opened my google maps on the Bolero infotainment (Late 2019 Karoq model), up and working, Driving along and then about every 10 minutes, it crashes. It goes back to the black connect screen. I then have to connect again and after 10 minutes or so, it crashes once again, sometimes it freezes my infotainment and i have to long press the button to start up again. When i went to the garage for it's service nothing came up but i did mentioned the problem a couple of months ago but they couldn't find anything wrong. So where does the problem exist? The cable? (not apple but from Vodafone) My IPhone ? My Infotainment? It's a shame cause i can't use goggle maps for navigation. Any ideas would be appreciated

I was wondering if any of you have an issue like me with my SD card. I have placed and updated my mp3 musics files on a 128Gb UHSIII micro SDHC card exFat. It consumes around 63% of the cards capacity with files in the 128 to 160 kbps range. I have also included album art work with 600x600 or less pixels. Now the issue is that certain songs in some albums do not show up on my Bolero infotainment system. Some have 10 songs in an album and only 1 will show up! and this happens not on all albums but on some. Some albums show all whilst others not. They are basically the same with info i.e. bit rate, no comments, not protected etc etc. I have read about DRM, bit rate range, album artwork, id tags. I have read that the infotainment can take cards up to 128gb. I have tried converting the albums having the issues, yet it still wont recognise them. Any ideas i can overcome this problem where some songs are missing in the album? yet they show up on my computer Thanks BTW Love my Karoq

Where do i start. I wanted a new car and i though why not a SUV, so i checked the likes of Audi and BMW. The BMW was OK but because of problems i hear about them from second hand, i leaned away from then. Audi thought small but expensive. So now I go to websites looking for a SUV. I see videos of Peugeot's, Citroen's, Ford. Mitsubishi, Mazda but none clicked the way when i saw and read the review of the Karoq. I never thought of buying a Skoda until the reviews. I watched, I read and the more i saw the SUV, the more i leaned towards it. Now I'm coming close to really buying it. I go to showrooms, look at it and want to book a test drive but work is a bit difficult. And when i was about to book a test drive Coronavirus arrived. After 3 months i set a date for the test drive and when i got to test drive it, i loved it, even though for an hour, i thought yes this is the car I want. After a week or so I ordered it and waited. It came with a delay but ever since, i can not stop driving the blasted car. Short trips, holiday trips, day trips anywhere just to drive it. For me. it's a comfortable, fun driving SUV and very happy i bought it. I hope many of you who have bought it feel the same.
