  1. Enigine not turning

    Good afternoon all I am new to this forum and am lookfor help with my octavia scout. Driving to work on Tuesday I lost all power although all dash lights etc were on. I coasted to a safe area the car would turn but not start. I call AA and they said it was the timing belt snapped. Today I took the cover off and the timing belt is there and tight. The engine starter turns but the pulleys on the timing belt don't. After some help please
