Probably all people said the project could be expensive have reason but I think it´ll be a good project. Som, today are available many kits that fit in all budgets, anyway the idea to use current electronics may be a lot of challenging ... I would like to do some similar with my Fabia and convert to EV keeping many features from Skoda's engineering ... good luck and let us know if you´ll do it!
