  1. Its a 28,000 mile car...........and i can see it has had oil changes at 10k and 20k which suggests the fixed servicing schedule you mention. I have no info about the pollen filter. Interestingly its first MOT is due in April, and the dealer did not realise that is free under skodas approved used scheme.....i had to send them a screen shot from the Skoda website to point that out. Thanks for the info on Haldex service ...i'll makje sure to make a note of that.
  2. Interestingly, the new V5 does not name the previous owner...It just states No. of former keepers , no other details. I have a very basic printout of oil changes done...its a 2018 car, so only oil changes needed to date. I don't have any warranty history. I am awaiting further paperwork for the 12month warranty etc from Skoda head office.
  3. Hi, I bought it from Slough Citygate Skoda dealership, but got a little suspicious on the delay in getting the paperwork, particularly this report, to me. The documents don't state who the previous keeper was. My fear is that due to the covid crisis, some steps in the normal approved used process may have been skipped. Lets be honest, the checklist is an important part of the confidence to buy from an approved used dealer, and with obvious errors in it, I do feel rather suspect about its legitimacy ....
  4. I have recently bought a 2018 4x4 karoq as an approved used vehicle from a dealer, and after taking delivery of the car have had to wait a couple of weeks for the paperwork to be sent. The approved used checklist thatwas sent has some strange anomolies that are making me wonder if either the original paperwork was lost and replaced by a non engineer or if the car has actuallly had the correct checks. The 4x4 drive shaft check section and heated seat options are marked as n/a (Not applicable) yet the car car has heated seats and is a 4x4. It makes me wonder if the person filling out the report ever saw the car. Any thoughts appreciated.
