The stalk is towards me and “lim” is displayed on the screen. Then I press the upper left button but only Lane Assist and Front Assist are shown. See picture.

There is a second stalk on the left side which controls both speed limiter and cruise control.

There isn’t a switch to turn the cruise on on the left stalk When impress that button on the steering wheel I only get two options, neither are for cruise control!

Since getting a new Ocatvia SE L in December the air con hasn’t worked so I had it in Skoda dealer today and they updated the software and gassed the air con so now it is working. While driving home I noticed the speed limiter was selected instead of cruise control. I cannot figure out how to select the cruise control again. Also, the physical mode button on the dash is not working now. Anyone know what the problem could be?

Does anyone else have noisy a/c? I have noticed a hissing sound coming from the vents, but it stops when I switch the a/c off. Yes I can always hear the fans running but with a/c on there is this hissing noise too.

I chose to log in. To be honest I was really disappointed with the app. It seems to get it to do anything useful you need to get it activated by Skoda by taking it to a dealer.

I got mine to work eventually, but had to take the car somewhere different to where I usually park. I therefore assumed that I had no signal where I park.

Thanks for the replies guys I do have a capital letter at the start and middle of password, but I am certain I am entering correctly. I assume that once I have a Skoda connect ID I should just login on the car? I don’t need to actually register on the car do I?

Today I took delivery of a new Octavia IV. I have created a Skoda ID and can log in to the Skoda Connect app. The app says I need to activate my car, but whatever I do I cannot get the car to log in to my account. The car has the Columbus display and when I turn it on it prompts me to log in, but it simply won’t accept my login details. Does anyone know what the problem could be?
