Many thanks for your help. I will try to get hold of the latest software. I have no idea whether this will resolve the problem but is probably the first thing to try. It's strange but I cannot find others on the forum with the same symptoms. i.e. Amundsen system randomly rebooting whilst using smartlink for satnav from an Android phone but to-date no reboots when not connected via usb cable.

Hi, Please can you help me. I have just bought a 2018 Octavia Hatchback 1 litre Petrol SE. I have no paper user manual. I have downloaded a manual online but it describes use of car features I do not have. How can I find which features my specific car has installed? Any help you can provide would be very useful.
