Hi Guys! I got a 1.6 CR TDI skoda octavia.(2017,DDYA) Yesterday my mechanic had to change some of my heater support pump (because he broke it and installed an aftermarket one), which is in the back side of the engine, under the DPF filter. So now i got engine light on. This is what my vcds show: 1 Fault Found: 27166 - Heater support pump P16CB 00 [175] - Supply voltage MIL ON - Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear Freeze Frame: Fault Status: 00000001 Fault Priority: 2 Fault Frequency: 1 Mileage: 279420 km Date: 2023.12.04 Time: 17:03:32 Engine RPM: 2051.50 /min Normed load value: 57.3 % Vehicle speed: 17 km/h Coolant temperature: 92 °C Intake air temperature: 26 °C Ambient air pressure: 990 mbar Voltage terminal 30: 13.781 V Unlearning counter according OBD: 40 Heater support pump 1 bank 1 second.circuit: activat.: 94.17 % Heater support pump 1 bank 1 primary circuit: activation: 95.00 % Heater support pump 1 bank 1 second.circuit: activat.: 94.17 % Heater supp.pump 1 bank 1 charg.air cool.circuit: activat.: 35.94 % My main question is: Do i got the error because of the aftermarket heater support pump or another one got bad? I attach a picture, where you can see the test datas. Thank you! (Sorry for my bad english)

Rubaj replied to Rubaj's topic in Skoda Octavia Mk III (2013 - 2020)
Yes, i hear it every time from the front. Only hear it when i go over speed bumps, or if i go trough small holes. Oh and i forget that mine have 5 gear transmission. -

Hi guys! I have a strange noise from near my suspension from the front. Already changed the anti roll bar bushes, bushes in the suspension arm (both side, and both bushes), engine mount (under the engine not the top one). Used lithium grease all on my changed rubbers or bushes. Did someone have the same noise or have a solution for this? VID_20230523_174402.mp4

I grabbed it and push up and down, not side ways.

It's a bit more than 2mm of the moving. The brake got almost 12-15k km in it. And it makes that clunk noise....

I got the same problem as the one who wrote the topic. 2017 skoda octavia with 1.6 cr tdi is the patient. It have an ATE discs and brake pads like in the picture. Did anyone find a solution for the "clunk" noise? Or if i install those anti squeal self adhesive break pad shims will stop that frustrating noise?
