  1. Thank you all. The suggestion by brigades worked so I did not need to factory reset.
  2. I have a 2017 Škoda Octavia. Yesterday my wife cleaned the inside of the car and while she was doing this the radio came on even though the key was not in the ignition. Since then, the infotainment system will stay on when the ignition key is removed and it has to be manually switched off. Any ideas why this is happening?
  3. When I originally bought the Skoda I had an iPhone and when pairing it with the vehicle the track list of music stored on the phone was displayed on the infotainment screen. Since then, I have used two android phones and when pairing them it states that the track list cannot be found. I am still able to play music when I select it on the phone. Any ideas as to how this can be resolved?
  4. I’m afraid not. It will not list albums or playlists.
  5. Hi, I have just changed my mobile from an iPhone to an android. The albums listed on the iPhone were recognised by the infotainment system but since pairing the new phone it will only play the songs selected on the phone. When trying to display the list of albums on the phone the system states that no playable lists are available. Is there any way to sort this out?
