She’s a beauty!!

When was yours built? My VRS was built week 6 but allegedly still in transit from factory to Emden! Now into the fourth week! That doesn’t sound right to me

That will be the first thing I’ll be changing once my VRS arrives 👍🏼

It’s such a screwed up process by the factory!!! They just need to be honest with the customers what is going on with new orders

Yes I did. Ordered end of November my VRS and was told mid to end of Feb for build. Actually build week 6 and now on route to Emden

My VRS order has now moved to status 20, and build week 6. My fingers are both very crossed!!!!!

Noticed there are a few VRS’s appearing pre registered at dealers across the country. Basic VRS’s with out the options but saves the waiting times. Check them out on Autotrader

This is great to hear. Especially hiding the dirt well, as I’ve currently got a black Kodiaq and It looks amazing when cleaned but within a day you see all the dust again….ahhh! Have you got a picture of your graphite grey car?

I’ll look forward to that. I’ve also ordered the Graphite grey but there are very few about so would be great to see what I’ve ordered 🤣

Maybe it’s the sweetener for the delays we are experiencing. I will be so chuffed if mine comes with a heated wheel 🤞🏼

You are exactly right! I remember watching a good documentary about making the Mini and then use this concept too. Also to back up this theory I’ve noticed a fair number of people yesterday with brand new Kodiaq VRSs being collected. Looks like there was a big batch of them put through the factory line perhaps.

I don’t know how you haven’t walked…I wonder if I had of done in your boat! You must be a really patient guy. Let’s hope they get you a date pronto…you absolutely deserve to be at the top of the list waiting this long!

May!! I can’t believe you’ve been waiting that long! and still no build week. What spec and options have you gone for out of curiosity? I would be ripping my hair out by now! I’m impatient now and I’ve only been waiting since end of November

As I see it they are trying to say any new produced car has to have the new mandatory speed limited from 6/7/22 but the 2019/2044 regulation also mandates all new cars that have already launched be fitted with an Intelligent Speed Assist (ISA) by 7 July 2024. So this should mean our current cars on order should be fine? Surely!!

That’s poor isn’t it! What was provisional build week? Or has that never been mentioned. I’ve only ordered panoramic room and the electric towbar.

52 weeks!!!!!!! That’s shocking. I have also ordered a VRS, but end of November. Provisional build mid February….wonder if that’s hopeful thinking!? Did you manage to get your deposit back cancelling your order?
