  1. It is belt for sure, I’m going to ask them if they’re going to replace it. Thanks!
  2. I’m pretty sure it has a timing belt, but the guy who accepted the car and did the diagnostics said only that they’re getting the water pump fixed in a week. I’m gonna ask them more, but I doubt that they are gonna share everything. Hopefully it will be alright afterwards.
  3. Just under 50 000km Shouldn’t it be replaced in combination with the timing belt? I got it from an authorised skoda dealer, it used to be a company car, the clutch is as good as new, seems like a good vehicle, but the recent events made me doubt that.
  4. Well, they referred to it as the water pumP. We recognized a problem after the coolant started dripping.
  5. Hi guys, new owner of a Rapid Bought it 10 days ago from the local dealer with just under 50 000km. And yesterday, after 300-400km, there the waterpump goes. They’re getting it fixed, warrenty covers. My question is: Should I try and return it? Is it a sign for e greater issue? The warranty is off in 11 months and that scares me :)). Thanks in advance. / I’m a complete noob/
