Not sure some info is right from 3 cos my n96 on the 3 network works fine with my vw premium in my golf always has done, I get all call list and sms messages and all call id through highline and RNS510 excellent bit of kit and the N96 isnt tooo bad either. Darren

Sold my black fabia vrs to simpsons in colne but it was some time ago, my brothers just bought a black vrs fabia on a 54 plate it was in need of some much needed love and attention so got it round to mine this afternoon and got the problems sorted. Still carn't believe how better they are than my current mk5 2.0gt tdi golf, the engine is so much smoother and the torque feels so much stronger. Darren

Beezer my Golf has 46k on at the moment with full vw history, only down side is its a cat c but the damage has been repaired to perfection, new boot floor and qtr panel, even my local vw dealer couldnt tell it had been done...im not bothered about re-sale cos this will be a long termer. Ive just come back to vag after owning quite a few different other marques. I have a new focus ST225 but its going very soon so Ive just bought a second hand 05my golf gt tdi140 all the toys including navi and leather(nappa) its a very nice car more so than my focus, I will agree with Chris though over bumpy b roads it is very choppy and the back end is skittish! but the plus points greatly out weigh the negatives...on motorways its very smooth(im on 17" gti golf wheels with dunlop sports) and its great. I leave the climate on auto so it changes all the time and dont notice how cold it gets, any way after owning the Fabia vrs I think the pd130 is abit more gutsy than the golf but then again it most be quite abit heavier? Well here goes a post from someone who actually ownes a focus ST and knows what its like to live with...before i start i want to say i tested the full brigade of hot hatches and none impressed me with the full package other than the Focus. Actually the only car I didn't test was the octy(dont know why?) Any way I bought my Focus about 7 months ago and still love it try and find every moment to go out in it. The first thing about the fuel is dont buy one if you carn't afford to run one(min mpg is about 16 round town and tops on a good run o/way reseting the mpg is about 32!!! thats doing about 60-70mph the other thing is this thing is fast in gear if you check some evo mags out its the fastest through the gears than any other car in its class(bar the R26 Meg) The build quality is far better than I thought it would be and the looks are not chavy if you go for the performance blue like mine or the black or sea grey or silver. As for servicing Ive just had mine in for the first service and it cost me £100 exact on the pound. You will kick yourself if you dont go for it and if you do buy one and decide to sell it later for reasons you carnt find then it is still holding a good price at the moment. Darren

Hi all Ive not been on for quite some time I stupidly sold my Fabia Vrs and went to a poverty Poxall Corsa. Any way i splashed out abit so went to test drive a few hot hatches and finally went for the Focus ST-2 in performance blue....The astra vxr was too cramped and the golf r32 didn't have the go I thought it might but the focus had the engine and interior i was looking for, it looks well put together and drives superbly. Any way ive put a couple of pics on hope you like them Darren
