Hello all my first post I'm a mechanic Sorry for bad english

HI I have strange problem engine is 1.2 tsi 77kw 250000km car start if car is cold and works ok no problem but when is warm car works on high 3000rpm and after some time stops after that car wont start cranking but wont start only if put spark on cilinder 1 or 2 didnt try 3 an 4 out car start and works on 3 cilinder if put back spark car start works 1 sec and stop must wait 1 hour and car start.... timing chan changed 3 times last time 100000km ago OE servis change new motor Crankshaft senzor is new metzeger I tried diskonect o2 senzors water temperatur senzor camshaft senzor and car wont start only start when put spark out and start work on 3 cilinder any have same problems if disconect fuel pressur senzors car start pls help
